Born and raised in Philadelphia, Bianca started her entertainment career in Los Angeles in 2012. She has worked in several aspects of film/TV production, some of which include the archives in the Margaret Herrick Library at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, as well as development and production at Millennium Media.

She owned and operated her independent production company Santa Mira Studio from 2017 to 2024, which is when she created several successful original productions, such as Brain Burrow, a horror/psychology podcast hosted by Mark D. Valenti, with guests that include William Sadler, Danielle Harris, Naomi Grossman, Lloyd Kaufman, Felissa Rose, and Debbie Rochon.

Her debut feature FREAK, filmed while in lockdown in August 2020, was distributed by Bayview Entertainment and released internationally on Prime Video. She wrote, directed, and produced Pennsylvania's first immersive horror ballet entitled The Governess, a smash hit during its premiere weekend, with support from NBC and 93.3 WMMR.

Now a full-time writer/producer, her books include the companion novella to The Governess, poetry books Bury Me In Your Rose Garden and Holly., and her short story collection Cherry Diner, with a foreword by former Fangoria and present Delirium Magazine editor-in-chief Chris Alexander.

She is currently in post-production on SCAM ARTIST, a documentary about the scandal involving Brown Paper Tickets and the thousands of independent artists, like Bianca herself, who were left empty-handed when the ticketing platform embezzled their funds.

Her new show That Ghoul Next Door, which dives into investigating the paranormal and true crime cases, respectively, and occasionally intertwined, is now streaming on YouTube.
